CLIFFORD BANAGALE IS GOING TO CANNES

LA Alum Clifford Bangale (Integrated Program 2006) will be attending the premiere of “Busong.” The movie is the centerpiece of the Director’s Fortnight program at the Cannes Film Festival. Clifford stars as Aris in the movie reported to be the first film ever made in Palawan, a language spoken by native Filipinos on the island of the same name. But you may crack up when you remember him from his quirky role as Diesel, the lover of Sacha Baron Cohen in the movie “Bruno.” He’s also shared the stage with Alfred Molina and Tony Shalhoub in “It’s a Wonderful Life” at the Pasadena Playhouse.
