Kathryne Dora Brown

Numerous television credits include starring in the recent CBS movie "The Wedding Dress"; the guest starring role of Shiamaya in the CBS series "Promised Land"; "The Tiger Woods Story" for Showtime; the CBS movie of the week "To Dance with Olivia" with Lou Gosset Jr.; guest star on "Chicago Hope", "Cagney and Lacey: The Return", and "Christy". She was the lead in Changes of the Heart at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles and has also worked in regional theatre. Of what she learned at AMDA, she says, "Everything! I learned how to use my voice and how to breathe. I learned what I was before, and what I am now as an actor, which is a great leap. It helped being with the same classmates- in growing together, we became almost like a repertory company. It has also helped me enormously watching the other students grow. I now feel secure with my art."

Christopher Sieber

Starring on Broadway in Beauty and the Beast in the leading role of Gaston.
Starred in the ABC series "Two of a Kind" as Kevin Burke and currently appears as a recurring guest star on HBO's "Sex in the City" and on the NBC television series, "Ed." Additional Broadway credits include Triumph of Love, Pal Joey, and A Christmas Carol. He was featured in the Off-Broadway production, Boys in the Band, and has had leading roles in regional productions of Three Penny Opera, South Pacific, Oliver, and Paper Moon. Additional television credits include "All My Children" and "Another World." Chris says, "AMDA taught to be a successful working actor in New York through their acting, musical theatre, and dance training. AMDA is a wonderful school for anyone serious about becoming and actor."

Susan Gilmour

Recently starred in Toronto and throughout Canada in the play Larry's Party. Since graduating, she has played Fantine in Les Miserables on Broadway, in the Canadian National Production, in Hollywood and Toronto as well the National Tour. She played the role of Aldonza/Dulcinea in Man of La Mancha in Toronto. Other credits include film, television, and studio recordings in Canada and the Charlottetown Festival. She remembers as a student at AMDA that she went to see Dreamgirls at the Imperial Theater and thought someday she'd be on that stage. Ten years later she was on the same stage acting and singing in Les Miserables. She says of AMDA, "I could not be doing all that I am doing and enjoying a wonderful career if had not been for all I've learned at AMDA. The encouragement, faith, and courage the whole experience gave me and still does is the foundation I've based my entire career on."

Jesse Tyler Ferguson

Starred on Boradway as Chip in On the Town soon after graduating from AMDA. He was recently in the Off-Broadway production of The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told and newyorkers at the Manhattan Theatre Club. His regional credits include: Hello Dolly!, Annie Get Your Gun, Peter Pan, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, and Bye Bye Birdie. Jesse says,"There is an amazing energy that runs among the students at AMDA. For me, being at AMDA among the wealth of talented students and faculty made my experience twice as enjoyable."

Angela Bettis

Has starred in films including Girl Interrupted, Bless the Child, and Franco Zeffirelli's Sparrow. Most recent films include the rold of May in May, Effie Bender in Coast Lines, and Wilemina in Perfume. Her Broadway credits include Arcadia (in which she won a Drama-Logue Award for her performance), The Father, and The Psychic Life of Strangers. She has co-starred with actors including Al Pacino, Winona Ryder, Frank Langella and Kim Basinger. Has appeared on television in "Touched by an Angel" and "Sliders." In 2000, she was named one of Detour Magazine's "Twelve to Watch." She is currently in The Crucible at Lincoln Center.
