Certified Sport and Performance Mental Skills Coach. She has more than 30 years
of experience in the Sport and Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer, Mental
Skills Performance Consultant and Director of Fitness Programming and
Development. She has a passion to deliver a holistic training and development
to enhance optimum performance and subjective wellbeing to individuals.
Additionally, Cynthia has an extensive background in Fitness Program
development. She utilizes her expertise to coordinate innovative classes
in the Open Fitness programs for AMDA students.
