Ingrid Graham is a classically trained dancer, choreographer and educator. She performed and presented choreography at the Edinburgh Festival, Merce Cunningham, Pacific Northwest Ballet and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Her commercial dance clients include: Victoria's Secret, Pharrell Williams, Latin Grammy Awards and the Academy Awards. She produced and choreographed several dance films that have received honors and screened at the Tribeca Film Festival, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and the ADF International Screendance Festival at Duke University. Ingrid created the Ballet Brain Circuit method, a conditioning and strengthening exercise class based on ballet training principles. As a Board member of Alzheimer's Los Angeles she advocates the use of movement to increase cognitive function and overall health. Her method has been taught at Sony Pictures, St. Joseph's Medical Center and at various partner organizations throughout the US and Europe.
