Voice Production and Speech
AMDA Faculty since: 2000
Chris teaches all levels of Voice, Production and Speech at AMDA as well as dialects, and serves as production coach for showcases. He studied Fitzmaurice Voicework and Knight-Thompson Speechwork under Phil Thompson at The Ohio State University. Chris's passion for the work and no-nonsense style has emboldened the voices of New York actors on stage, screen and the classroom. His work strives to include both visceral empowerment of expressiveness, as well as sublime, mathematical detail. Aside from AMDA and his private studio, Chris is a Adjunct Professor of Voice and Speech at Marymount Manhattan.
