Karine Newborn

Karine Newborn is a dancer, choreographer, singer, actor and instructor. Karine has performed in may shows, including Cats (Paris, France), Aida (Broadway), the films South Pacific and Do You Want To Dance. She choreographed for Perry Farrell's solo album and is a backup singer/dancer on the tour. She choreographed numerous shows and industrials in Los Angeles and was the associate choreographer on the musical Golden Boy (Long Wharf Theater). Karine has taught many styles of dance for over three decades. She specializes in ballet, jazz, floor barre, alignment, technique, style and stage performance. She is an instructor at EDGE Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles and was a faculty member at Broadway Dance Center in New York City. She has also taught workshops all over America and was part of the convention L.A. DanceForce.

Karine teaches Core Techniques: Classical Ballet Foundation, Classic Jazz Foundations, Ballet and Jazz.
