Alexandria Douziech is an educator and artist, dedicated to creating inclusive and approachable environments within art institutions. She specializes in inquiry-based learning techniques that encourage analysis, reflection and in-depth discussion. With a focus on participation and engagement, Alexandria has created interactive educational tours for the Museum of Contemporary Art and the California African American Museum. As the Underground Museum's first Education Specialist, Alexandria designs tours and trains docents around artists, artworks, theory and art movements. Alexandria's knowledge of art history is enhanced by years of teaching the fundamentals of drawing and painting as well as her own ongoing artistic practice.
Alexandria teaches Visual Art and The Human Experience.
