Summer Conservatory (On Campus) - Content Creation

Designed for motivated artists seeking to build enhanced performance skills while developing interdisciplinary original works.

    • 2-week boarding program
    • Pre-college experience in a conservatory training environment
    • Structured social opportunities with like minded High School students
    • Audition training and the opportunity to audition for AMDA College and alternate AMDA High School Conservatory programs
    • Performance opportunities throughout the program, culminating in a final presentation
    • Students can expect to leave the session with a rich understanding and experience of originating material through a mentored collaborative process.

High School Conservatory: Performing Arts & Content Creation program is designed for motivated artists seeking to build enhanced performance skills while developing interdisciplinary original works. Content creation courses will utilize theatrical, movement and vocal-based storytelling and collaboration. Throughout the program students engage with artists from multiple disciplines and backgrounds to develop live performance pieces utilizing each creators' individual contributions.. This community-building approach creates an environment rich with diverse, global perspectives that inspire creativity and learning. The breadth of this program prepares students for college level performing arts educational opportunities. Students from all performance backgrounds are encouraged to attend.
