Anthony Ramos ‘11 is featured in the Time Magazine’s 2021 Time100 Next list of emerging artists. Anthony’s profile is written by fellow Hamilton Original Broadway cast member Leslie Odom Jr. Anthony will star in the reboot of In Treatment, premiering this May on HBO.

Marni Schamroth ’17:
Wrapped production in Israel for Erez Tadmor's upcoming film Good Boys (בחורים טובים). Marni plays “Naomi Friedlander,” and the premiere date will announced soon. Marni recently made her television debut as “Nancy Jane” on TeenNick Israel’s scripted series PPS.

Sarah Stiles ’00:
Stars as “Beth Paige” in The Crew now streaming on Netflix. Nascar praises the new comedy’s authenticity and wide appeal in a recent feature. Watch the trailer here.

Analisa Pilecki ’05:
Will perform in Theatre 29’s virtual production of Songs for a New World from April 2 - 25. Analisa is currently a unit secretary at the Hi Desert Medical Center.

Brittney Mack ’10:
Co-hosted and performed in a Galentine’s Day Zoom party on February 14. Brittney recently spoke with Playbill about how she is continuing to navigate the Broadway shutdown.

Schele Williams ’91 and Darius de Haas '91:
Join fellow founding members of BLACK THEATRE UNITED for a virtual conversation hosted by New York University's Steinhardt School on February 24. It is free and open to the public, but advance register is required. They will discuss the making of BTU’s new theme song, “Stand For Change.” All proceeds from the upcoming song release will support the ongoing efforts of Black Theatre United and the Johnny and Gladys Williams Foundation. 

Eidan Lipper ’04:
Co-wrote the new musical Cursed. Gabriel, a struggling writer, embarks on the quest for his great novel and in the process finds an unexpected beauty, a surprising beast, an unlikely prince charming, and a struggling father just trying to do his best with what he's got. The concert version will be streamed free on YouTube to benefit BC/EFA next month. More details to come.

Matthew Wilks ’11:
Plays “Mr. Green” in CLUE: Stay at Home Edition with The Cassidy Theatre, streaming February 19 - 21. Matthew is a director and acting teacher at several theatres throughout Northeast Ohio.

Kyle Taylor Parker ’08:
Took over BroadwayWorld’s Instagram account to celebrate the release of his new concept album “Broadway Soul, Vol. 2.” Watch highlights from the takeover here. Kyle was also a guest on Frank DiLella’s ON STAGE Matinee on IGTV. Kyle is set to perform in Diamond Delirium, a virtual party and fundraiser celebrating Forestburgh Playhouse’s 75th anniversary on February 24 at 6:30 PM EST. 

Madeline Brewer ’12 and Jesse Tyler Ferguson ’95:
Madeline serves on the Gala Committee for the Williamstown Theatre Festival 2021 Gala and Jesse is scheduled to appear at the event, taking place April 7 at 7:30 PM EST. Madeline stars in The Ultimate Playlist of Noise on Hulu. Jesse’s new cookbook with Julie Tanous, Food Between Friends will be released March 9, available for pre-order now.

Kenita Miller-Hicks ’00:
Will be a part of a special talkback for Royal Family Productions' See Her on February 28 at 2:00 PM EST. Kenita performs as a Spoken Word Artist in the piece. Kenita will appear in the upcoming film adaptation of Tick, Tick...Boom!

Desireé Clarke ’14:
Desiree created and directs a three-part digital Monologue Slam series. David A. Hinton ‘14, Shanté DeLoach ‘13, Erika Nichols ‘14, and David Hardy ’13 performed in the series’ premiere installment, Black Voices and Love, on February 12.

Becca Tobin ‘05:
Partnered with her Ladygang podcast co-hosts to create new joint episodes with the team of Black Girls Texting podcast. Their first episode together is now available on all streaming platforms. Over the holidays, Ladygang created a gift set for Leatherology’s Gift Joy campaign. 50% of net proceeds for each gift set benefitted A New Way of Life Reentry Project.

REGIONAL THEATRE


Leslie McDonel ’00:
Will perform in “Legendary Ladies of the Grand Ole Opry” next month and “Disney Through the Decades” in April as part of ZACH Theatre’s Songs Under the Stars spring 2021 series. Leslie performed in the virtual cabaret An Evening of Hope benefitting The Actors Fund in January.

Jeremy Pope ’12:
Is the cover star for Behind the Blinds magazine’s new FICTION issue. Jeremy plays “Jackie Wilson” in One Night in Miami on Amazon Prime, nominated for multiple awards. Jeremy was recently featured on the 2021 Forbes 30 Under 30 list and on Out Magazine’s Out100 list for 2020

Amanda Kloots ‘02:
Amanda’s new app Amanda Kloots Fitness is featured in the article “The 10 Best Dance Workouts Even Non-Dancers Can Appreciate.”Amanda discusses grief and seeing beauty in the world during the pandemic in 92Y’s virtual talk The Beauty of What Remains: Rabbi Steve Leder in Conversation with Amanda Kloots on February 23 at 7:30 PM EST. Amanda also discusses resilience on the podcast Teach Me Something New with Brit Morin

Robbie Serrano ’14:
Created and launched the lifestyle brand Serrano Bros. with his brother Jonathan. Their new mask is available to purchase on Amazon and designed to help you keep warm during the winter.
