Bryan Blaskie is a composer and music director from Columbus, Ohio, a graduate of Denison University with a BA in Music Theory & Composition and a minor in Piano Performance. His musical ASSISTANTS won 3rd Place in NMI's Search for New Musicals, was deemed Best World Premiere Musical by StageScene LA and the #1 Can't Miss Show by Time Out LA, and was a Next Link Finalist and official selection at the New York Musical Theatre Festival and the Chicago Musical Theatre Festival. His other musicals are IWISH (presented by ANMT, UC Irvine, and Studio C Artists) and VICTORIAN COURTING & ZOMBIES (UCB, iO West, and the Hollywood Fringe Festival). This spring, his musical NOTHING TO SEE HERE, will be presented in New York City. Bryan earned his MFA at NYU's Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program.
