Milka Djordjevich is a choreographer, dancer and educator. Her choreography has been shown at many venues, including REDCAT, Grand Performances, LAX Festival, the Hammer Museum, Ghebaly Gallery, Machine Project, Showbox LA/Bootleg Theater, HomeLA, Kitchen Theatre Company, the Chocolate Factory Theater, the Whitney Museum of American Art, the American Realness Festival and Danspace Project in New York. Internationally, her choreography has been seen in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Macedonia, Poland, Serbia and the United Kingdom. Additionally, her choreography for the camera has been featured in various galleries, festivals and fashion contexts. Milka's work draws from a variety of compositional strategies to question preconceived notions of what dance should or should not be.
